Grille insert

Hey guys I'm looking in to a grille insert for my truck it has the factory honeycomb grille. I was looking at one like this . Just wondering how it gets mounted on and if It is worth it. Or this one

I have had the same grille insert for four years. easy install, cleans up easy. Looks good.

How do you install them?

It has studs that come out of the grille you tighten them down on the other side and done. You don't remove your old grille the insert just goes right over it.
