The billets I thought about for a day, then decided the money saved wasn't worth the not-clean lines on the grille.

How am i supposed to get a custom one? The company that made tunaslayer's doesn't do them anymore i believe.

Here's my two cents....seems everyone goes the route of a billit or saleen. You see them on every other F150 on the road.

I would choose to be different. Until I find a grill that's not on every other truck out there, I'll stay with the stock honeycomb. I used to have a Roush billit and lower made by FOMOCO466 back in the day (he no longer makes the lowers). I removed both and went back to stock as the billits are also a "dime a dozen" on all model trucks.
Here's a cheap trick for those looking for a lower grill (bumper); go to Home Depot or Lowes, buy one house rain gutter cover (used to keep leaves out of your gutters), cut to fit the lower, paint it black, and screw it into the left/right stock plastic pieces. Matches the honeycomb pattern too.
