Will the Gotts Mod have any issues on a 2004 5.4L new body style? I am looking to do it this weekend but want to make sure there wont be any issues first. I already have a drop in KN filter.

05 with 5.4 here and no issues at all, I also have the drop in K & N filter. Drives and idles the same until you mash the go pedal and that 5.4 will love the extra airflow in the upper RPM range. 3" pvc about 8" long, a 4" hose clamp, a 3" female to female coupling, and a 4" to 3" downspout adapter(lowes # 23455). All in the plumbing section. Be sure to compress the "accordian" looking factory adapter when you tighten down the 4" clamp or it will want to pull back out the fender hole. No sanding or cutting if you use the #23455 part.
