Default Got a suspension question

So my company just bought a new field rig, and it is one of those "government specials" that is a 2006 white SCLB even though it is a 4x4, the front end is 3" off the ground and you swear its a 2wd. Would you suggest leveling it or getting a lift for it? and Which kit(ie: Rancho, Rough country, pro comp..ect.) I drive on ranch roads that chew the best of tires up in 15,000 miles and is subject to severe flash floods, so the front end on this thing will not work as low as it is. Im looking for something that is affordable but that will also be able to fit 31-32" tires.

If it's 4x4 you should be able to fit 33's stock. It comes with 32's stock to begin with.

Right, I can fit the tires, but i still need to get that front end off the ground. as it sits right now the front bumper is only 3" off the ground........and yes it is a 4x4. I have seen a fair amount of these trucks around. I know there are other stock trucks that sit higher than these, so i dont know if its just the XL package that makes them sit so much lower or what but this package of truck always seems to sit lower than the other 4x4's and its only the SCLB XL's in White or Black
