Just the factory system, if the cats are plugged I'm just gonna go with a couple of magnaflow cats, I can get 2 for around $200.00, better than paying $1000.00 for 2 at the dealer. I'm pretty limited where I live for finding mechanics, I don't even have a garage in town, I have to drive an hour to get to the dealer I use. I live in a small oil field town in northern Alberta, CA, we don't have much of anything here.

ohh ok..makes sense, that sucks man. Hope it works out and the cats fix it...I'm having an entire exhaust overhaul done on mine with hopes of fixing that last remaining problem...JBA Headers, 2 high-flo cats, Borla muflers and two rolled chrome tips at 45 deg angle but not bent right behind the wheels, I kinda want it have them aimed at the ground to get different look than the typical 45 deg bend

Yeah, it does suck, hopefully I get something figured out here soon. Sounds like it will be a nice setup, you'll have to post some pictures.

Saw one that had a cylinder head temp sensor wire shooting out under the intake. Could have a cam phaser problem also.

yeah when I get time I got to check out that sensor, make sure it's not faulty, that could be causing my detonation problem as well. I had it at the dealer 3 times now and the last time it was in, the mechanic there told me "I don't know", lol.
