I got mine done at 4wheelparts here in Riverside for $700 out the door They guarantee their work for life, so I went with them.

So there is nothing between 4.56 and 4.21? No 4.30 or 4.33, available? Just curious beacuase I am also considering gears for my truck in about 6 months.
I believe it jumps from 4.11 to 4.56 to 4.88

I think 4.56 is perfect, only because it gave my truck a little more torque than stock and kept my mpg's stock. I do mostly highway driving, and I only run about 2200 rpms at 75mph.

If you had 3.55 gears stock, 4.30 gears will bring you back to stock again with 35s. 4.56 will spin you 6% faster than stock.

If you tow, and want great acceleration, go with 4.56's. If you see alot of low rpm's and highway driving, go 4.10's. If you ever want to go bigger than 35's in the future than go with 4.56's also.

You can get 4.30 for the rear differential, but they don't offer that ratio for the reverse rotation 8.8 diff in the front. So if you are 4x2 you can use 4.30, but if you are 4x4 I believe you have to go with 4.11 or 4.56 ratios.
