Gear oil?

Default Gear oil?

What kind of gear oil does a 06 f150 take? got a keg of Mobil synthetic 75w-90 in the shop would that be ok to use?

75w-140
75w-90 would probably be ok to use. But that's not what it calls for.

its definetly 75w140..i just had to change my pinion seal...plus you have to get the additive that goes in the fluid to

When in doubt your manual will tell you and the additive for 4x4 can be purchased from your local dealer for about 8-10 bucks.
