Default Gauges and A/C not working! HELP!!

Hey guys hope someone can help me with this. The other night while driving done the road all of my gauges just quite working, I have check all the fuses that are described to have anything to do with the gauges, and also my A/C quite working, also check fuses for that. Everything else on the work works fine. Some times we miss the small thing and it takes someone else to point them out. I am just frustrated with it and not sure what to check next. HELP!!

Might help if I say what truck I have.

About the same thing happened to me. It was a lose ground wire behind the dash area. I had mine looked at ford to find that out.

Did you throw a CEL at the same time? I know the CHT sensor (or related components like the CHT cable and the input to the PCM) can cause your symtoms. CHT = Cylinder Head Temperature. If the 0-5 VDC input to the PCM from this system is intermittent or absent, your A/C will shut off, and most of your gauges will peg to 0. May want to stop by Autozone and see if you have a code despite the CEL not coming on... Just something to think about...
