Default Gauge Cluster Issues

I have a 04 f-150 4.6l. The cluster has a few issues. one is the e-brake light is on most of the time. It doesn't bug me to much. But the temp gauge needle in going round and round! It sometimes interfers with the oil psi gauge.....

It sounds like maybe time for a new cluster. do they make an aftermarket or do I have to go to ford?

How about those places that say they can fix your cluster if you send it to them? and is it alright to drive your rig while the cluster is out?
