Gas mileage
Does anyone know why or what could be making my truck get suck bad gas mileage?
I have a 2007 supercrew lariat it's even dropped and I even tried to see and I won't ever pass 1500 rpm and I can only get 13.5mpg max when all my friends with f150s most of them even the same year get atleast 15mpg and I just put an edge evo and I'm losing gas mileage because its reving up more and I don't understand why it's like this

Use the search. Type in "gas mileage". Then sit back and read the hundreds of posts that have been placed/asked on this exact subject many times.
There are some things you can do to help slightly, but the 4.6 and especially the 5.4 are known for poor mileage. Ford redesigned new engines for the 2011 model year to address this complaint.
At the very best, you may be able to squeak another 1 perhaps 2 MPG by reading the many suggestions already posted here.

I have a Scangauge II. It plugs into the OBDII port of the truck.
After you set it up it displays MPG's for the tank, the day and current MPG's. How many gallons used, how many left, how far until empty, etc.
It can clear "non-major" codes and tells a lot of info of the truck.

What do you mean by it's revving up more? Does it do this with the stock tune also? What maintenance has been done? What other modifications do you have? Do you make short trips?
@haha: The Edge shows all that a scanguage will and it has tuning ability so he's already covered that way.

When using a tuner for "performance", you cannot have your cake and eat it too, meaning a tuner will normally advance timing, set the rev limiter higher, and change the shift points of an automatic transmission to shift at higher RPM's for quicker launches/accelleration. All of this will allow for better performance, but at a penalty of poorer fuel economy.
Some tuners have a "performance" tune(s), as well as "economy" tune(s). An economy tune may lower the shift point, decrease engine ignition timing, and lower the RPM max range. This will gain you better fuel economy, but you'll loose performance.
Other ways (since you may not have searched the subject) is to reduce weight. Go with removing anything weight wise that you don't need, or replace the hood, tailgate, etc. with carbon fiber pieces. Lower the truck to create less drag. Use lower width tires to reduce drag on the ground. These points will help the fuel milage, but can reduce the trucks ability to function as what it was designed for: a utility vehicle.
