Default Gas door

Yesterday while putting gas in my truck, the gas door detent broke. The door is still attached and nothing looks broken, but it no longer holds itself to the body.

It appears that the assembly easily unbolted and replaced but is my gas door able to be transferred over or do I need to get a new one and have it painted?

B.

You may also want to look at the gas door fixes. Could be a simple drill and paperclip fix.
