me either but the part is out there...i showed a pic of it and so what if it came on an expy....isn't that what customizing our trucks is about? making them different? does it matter that we use little things like these emblems to make our trucks different? i put the 4x4 emblem off the tailgate of the new 07 explorer on the tailgate of my f150 across from the f150 emblem...it sets off the tailgate and is the same font as the 4x4 sticker on the side. i almost peeled the stickers and put a 4x4 emblem on each side but i'm still debating. i like being different. on my 82 f100, i put the 5.0 emblems on the fenders underneath the f100's and then when i changed over to the 5.0 crate engine, i changed over to chrome Cobra emblems on each side, left the tailgate blacked out (did not paint the FORD letters) and put a snake on one side of the gate and a ford emblem from a mustang on the other side....it was different and that's what sets us as individuals apart

no problems whitecrystal1.....actually my comments were more for soonerbomb...it's all good! i love modding, just can't do a lot right now due to money constraints. have to look for the little things that make a difference. i love our trucks, think they are the best looking trucks out there. why else would chevy put the big@55 bowtie on the tailgate if not to try and copy some of our stuff and then they made the fenders look like titans or something......ugh

NOT doing the FX4 emblem but have done the 4x4 emblem on the tailgate. i'll try to borrow my daughter's camera and get a pic...LOL

no problems......i think it would look great.....there was a pic of it on a truck in one of the forums some time back...can't remember which one now..but it was what made me decide to do the 4x4 emblem from the 07 explorer sport-trac.....go to jusnesmodified.com and look at oem emblems for the 4x4 emblem i used...they have a pic...same font as the sticker which is what i like

sorry for confusing you guys.....i was just attempting to assist someone who had made the statement about no emblems for the FX4 in another post.....if i had an FX4, which i don't, i have the lariat 4x4, ..i would get the fx4 emblems
