Here's a couple pictures of the truck. I got it a little over a month ago and so far I've put adjustable bilstein shocks set at 2" bought a use set of 35x12.50 pro comp extreme AT's and put dual exhaust flow master 40 series.

I know it's a pick up truck but it still needs to get up and go when i need it to which it's lacking a little bit but I know I want to re gear it to 4.56's but other than that I'm sure a chip would help and CAI? Maybe under drive pulleys? Whats the best mods and what brands ?

CAI, edge programmer, and gears will give you some decent gains.
