Default Fuse Problem? Digital readouts not working...

Hey guys I searched the electrical stuff but didn't find what I needed so....I have a 07' screw lariat and when I turn the headlight switch from off to just parking lamps or headlights the digital readout for the climate and the radio as well as my information center disappears! I checked the fuse #5 and the rest for that matter and they are not blown. Everything works as it should just can't see any info. In the off position or "auto" all is good. Has anyone heard of this or have any info on fixing the issue? Thanks in advance

that seems to describe a problem with the switch or maybe a false contact. remove the switch and test it. check the wires in case any of them are maybe scratched or touching metal.

by the way, in "auto" works fine even in the night? or have you checked it in the day? if you checked it in the day (or in a place with good light), then "auto" is the same as "off" and in that case, also check the headlight bulbs and/or tail lights. maybe one is burned off.

Hey Picaflor thanks for being the only one to chime in. It turned out that me being a dumba** was the culprit. As I was doing what u recommended I started hitting switches and discovered the "dim" *** was all the way down to the "off" position. Turns out when engaged the readout disappears in "auto", "park" and "headlamp" mode. LOL Why so many Quotation marks? IDK either
