Default Fuse diagram

I've found many great fuse diagrams for my 2005 F150; but, I'm stumped on one grouping that doesn't make sense to me. Recently, my cigarette lighter stopped working. But, everything else is in working order. I check my fuses and compared them with multiple diagrams and found my socket f110 (cigarette lighter, diagnostic power) to be empty. My f118 (heated seats) has a 30A fuse in it. My cigarette lighter just stopped, but my diagnostic still works; my truck is not equipped with heated seats. What the gravy is going on here? This is the absolute first time I've ever been in the fuse panel...

Not sure where you got f110 (????), but my documentation shows fuse #41, 20 amp. I know it's a real joy to work under the dash down there, but I thought the fuse cover had a placement diagram on the inside of the cover. But - nevertheless:
Check this one.

Could be either according to mine. There’s a (1) next to them both but, can’t figure out where the note is...

@redfishtd, (for an old fart like me) you got a pretty steady hand to draw such a nice clean circle around that relay with your mouse !!!!

Brother, you are 100% correct. I didn't pay attention to that fuse because none of the 2005 F-150 diagrams I looked at even shows that fuse. But, that fuse IS blown. Now time to replace it and see if that is what's up. I'm absolutely certain that would be the fix.
On the note about the diagram on the panel cover...mine has nothing on it. I'm sure it probably had one on it before, but my truck has frequently been up to its taillights in water being used for rescue and recovery. It very well could have eroded off.
I thank you for your help in locating my cig lighter fuse...

Side note: Not a joy working under here at all. Just got finished replacing my fan blower just next to the fuse box. Very tight fit. Had to use pliers to remove the back screw because I couldn't find a socket shallow enough to fit with the ratchet attached to it...

You are looking INSIDE the cover, right?

These guys are trying to pour salt in my grandson wounds but I can take it . I'm not very good at drawing details on diagrams and when I do I usually ruin my original so I'm stuck with an old problem circle. Damn I hate win 10 . Next going to unbuntu --chicken at this point to jump .
Loose change going into lighter socket is a big problem blowing fuse .

Yes. Huge annoyance that blocks the passenger's foot space, that covers the fuses. No labels or anything that would resemble a fuse diagram. All it says is fuse something-or-other on the outside and something that resembles an OEM part number on the inside. I even looked in the owner's manual and the fuse diagram is different from what's on the truck.
