Funny noise from engine bay?
Ok so a week or two my 08 F150 V-8 XLT started making a funny noise when I hop in it and drive off.
It appears that shortly after starting for 10-15 minutes under throttle I will get a "pfft, pfft, pfft" sound like an air hose from an air compressor letting off excess air. The number of times that I hear the "pfft" sounds varies from about 1-4. It doesn't happen all the time, and does happen when i give gass in neutral. I have not had it happen after truck had been running for 15+ minutes. I have also only noticed at speeds of about 35mph and under.
Any one else experience this? Something I should worry about?
