I getting a strong smell of fume inside cab not outside when I am idle or kick air system....I replace the spark plug little over week ago, check cop, the fuel injector look okay and MAF is okay ......any idea what it may be ?

F150 Lariat 5.4L

 

torque the spark plugs again. maybe one of them are loose after a week.
