Default Fuel rail pressure and temperature sensor

Hello guys.

I have an 07 f150 lariat flex with 125500 miles on it and just did a plug change at 12400
The truck was misfiring and stumbling real bad before plug change and after new plugs everything is back to normal. But for the last 40000 of so I have been having to spray starting fluid it the air box in order to get it started. Not on every start up but seems to be when I run it for 20 mins or longer then let it sit for an hour or so then it will crank but not fire untill I hit it with some fluid. It is also stalling out at stop lights and sometimes when slowing down to take a corner. Now my question is, will it throw a code if the fuel rail pressure and temperature sensor is bad or will it not? I don't have any cell on. Also any other ideas would be great as to the potential problem this could be. I have changed the air and fuel filter, cleaned the TB and used Lucas fuel system cleaner to no avail. Thanks and hope I gave enough info.
