most likely the fpdm they rot thru due to dissimilar metals touching. alot of us have replaced them due to this.it is above the spare tire attached to the frame. the new one will come with spacers to keep it off the frame. the fuel pumps seem to last along time in these trucks ive seen trucks on here with 200,000 miles on them and no mention of replacing the fuel pump. alot about the fpdm tho

thanks guys, i pushed the truck into the garage this morning took a long time considering all i had was a backhoe and my little sister with no power steering haha. anyway i went straight to that module and pulled it off noticed the bolts holding it had corrosion but no major holes in the module itself anyway i threw it on the ground to knock of the ice build up then went to the truck put a new fuse in it cranked it over to see if the fuse would blow, it never blew so i plugged the module back in started it and it ran so im assuming by throwing it on the ground it knocked it around enough to work. anyway i called ford 260$$ for the stupid thing good thing you guys told me about amazon thanks!! anyway ill replace it and hopefully problem solved thanks alot guys!
