Default Fuel loop

Hello everyone
When I bought my 5.4 3V from 2007 he was throwing me lean codes. (2195.2197). I had found that the O2 sensor number 1 bank 1 and 2 read 0V.
I had also found that the fuel loop 1 was open and the fuel loop 2 indicated N / A.
I have disconnected the battery for 2 hours.
Then I reconnected and did a driving cycle.
Once the driving cycle is over.
I found that the fuel loop 1 was closed and that all the O2 sensor was working.
My fuel loop circuit 2 still indicates N / A.
Has anyone ever had this problem?
Do you think I should disconnect the battery and start a new driving cycle?
I believe that the former owner drove for 2 years with the DTCs without ever doing the learning procedure.
Thanks for your help

Hi guys
Today the truck launched me a DTC.
P0420 confirmed and P0430 waiting.
I then analyze the data from my scanner.
I checked the O2 sensor may have charts on both banks. I see that on the 2 Bank the O2 sensor number 2 is practically the same graph as the O2 sensor number 1.
I then look under the truck. We can see that the catalyser overheat. And the former owner empties them.
I would like to replace but catalyst.
I look at rockauto in 2007 F150 5.4. The problem is that for the cat cotter passenger I have to pay 400 dollars of transport.
Do you believe it is possible to buy the cat alone and solder it?
I see that in the universal parts of rockauto he offers soldering cat. But I do not know which model to choose ...
Does anyone here use a universal rockauto?
Thanks for your help
