Long story short my son bought a 2006 f150 with a blown engine he did an engine swap and can only get it to run by spraying fuel into the breather.. it will start and run as long as you keep spraying there is fuel at the fuel rail but it doesn't seem to be going any farther any suggestions on where to go?

 

Could that be the inertia switch tripped? Sounds like the injectors are disabled. Check also if they have standing voltage (12v) on common side of all injectors.
