Trying to increase my fuel Efficiency and need ideas. What's the cheapest way to achieve the most

There are hundreds of posts on what to do to obtain better fuel mileage.

Select the search, type in "fuel mileage", and be prepared to read for an hour or so. You'll have the answer your looking for as to what mods will give you the best fuel gains for the buck.

 

Keep your foot light and brake sooner. The cheapest, most consistent way to gain MPGs is from how you're driving. Keep as little in the truck as you need because that's extra weight, take your time getting up to speed, and start braking farther back than you normally would.

Or you could buy a Prius.

 

Turbos would be the cheapest to gain the most. Or prob re gear it.

 

Not a mod but the cheapest thing I did was change my work hours. Used to take me 90 minutes to go about 15 miles. Now I go in 2 hours later and it takes 20 minutes and a quarter tank can last me almost 3 days.
