I've done some searching and found a lot of useful info, but need to ask a question..

I've got some rust around the bottom of my fuel door, and I'll probably either spray with color match or spray with a bedliner, but how do I get the fuel door and that plastic cup around the filler neck off? I tried a while back and couldn't figure out how to get them off
