Default Fuel Delivery Issue

I searched for my particular problem but didn't find anything close to my issue, apologies if it has been asked before.

For the passed couple months, I've had a recurring issue with my 2008 F150 STX, 4.6L. If I let the fuel tank get to right at or right below 1/4 tank, when I shut the truck off for fuel or stop at home/destination, the truck will not start again. The truck will crank over just not start. Today this happened to me again, I noticed the fuel was getting low (right above 1/4 tank on the gauge) so I stopped at the gas station and filled it up, went to start it again and would not start just cranks over. There is no spuddering while driving, no sudden power losses, no other issues at all. I hooked up my trusty OBDII reader with live data and saw their were no trouble codes present, live data showed fuel pressure was at 0psi, so I figured fuel pump issue. Turned key on and off a few times and could not get any fuel pressure, and could not hear the fuel pump engaging, I let it sit for about 30 minutes and gave it one last try before calling a tow, this time live data showed 32psi fuel pressure and the truck started right up. Throughout the day I've started and ran the truck numerous times running errands and no more problems. This always seems to happen at inopportune times and I'm caught without a meter to see if power is getting from the PCM to the inertia switch, or from the inertia switch the the fuel pump driver module. Its got me scratching my head because this only happens with the tanks is at or near 1/4 tank, and I have no other fuel related problems. Am I missing something, or is there anyone who has had a similar issue that they got resolved?

Check the tread towards the top bout the fuel pump module. Son has similar issue with his 05 XL, has replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, pressure regulator, MAS and still has issue. We went on here today and found that thread, he will check his, located above the spare mounted on frame rail.
