Neither one of my front windows will work. The fuses are good. Could a bad driver switch board cause problems for the passenger side too?

Odds are it is your switches, this is a VERY common problem in our trucks. Pop the top on the switches and look under the switch itself you'll see a thin metal tab, which is the contact point. Bend it up slightly and you should be good to go for a little while at least.

I think I actually fried the switches or something in the switches, lol.

I actually just purchased a 2006 f150 and I did some research here first. I showed the dealer that the switches weren't working properly so I used it as a negotiating point. Short story long, I ordered a new switch from switchdoctor.com and it took about 2 minutes to throw a new module in. I think it was around 60 bucks. Good luck with the repair.
