I need to replace this piece thanks to a deer, (the plastic filler piece above the bumper/below the headlights) - I have the Lariat with the moldings - this cover is sold with molding holes and without - what is the major difference between these two? Finding one with the holes is MUCH harder than one without.

My question is, can i buy one without the holes, and just put the holes there, or is there a tab or something missing. Basically, can i make one that is for one without the fender moldings work.

This is on a 2006 Lariat.

Also, if anyone knows where to get one of these at a decent price (I can't believe how expensive that piece of plastic is) or a used one, I'd be happy to know!
