Oes anybody know if the passenger side lower cushion will also fit on drivers side?

Yes, it will.

However, look for an auto apolstory shop in your area, as the passenger side coushin will break down in no time as well. I had my lower seat fixed in about 1 hour by a local shop, and for 40 bucks. They built up the foam with good stuff, making it firm and no more sag.

 

Thank you, i thought it might, was trying to buy factory cover as my bottom is shredded but came across a used passenger side for free, gonna try the swap
