Does anyone now of a front 2" receiver for these trucks that puts the receiver in the hole in the lower part of the bumper? All the one's I have seen put the receiver below the bumper which I do not like.Thanks. Mine is an '04 so I think from what I've read the '04-'05 have the same front bumpers the '06-'08 are different. Thanks.
