Default Front left resistance

Getting resistance in the front left of my 07 f150. Wheel spins with some resistance. It is coming from the 4x4 setup. I have replaced vacuum solenoid at the top and the actuator on the hub and i still have this issue if i spin either front wheel the front driveshaft does spin. Hubs are not locked however though because the other wheel does not mimmic. What is the issue here, cause vibration and drag at highway speeds and some steering issues. The truck had a control arm fail, and it has new lower and upper. Thanks for any help.

Thinking both or just side i feel resistance. Both spin driveshaft but only left has resistance.
Assume this is what you are reffering to

If you have it running the vacuum should keep it in 2wd . Supply that wheel with vacuum directly and see if it disengages . You may have caliper piston not releasing ,after brake job and pressing back in some pistons will stick intermittently . They can make wheel very hot . Only fix is rebuilt cal.
