Question Front Hubs

I have an '04 F150 Lariat with a 2" inch leveling kit 18" wheels and 295/70/R18's. Anyways, I just replaced the front hubs because of a terrible grinding noise they were making. Mechanic said the hubs were losing their vacuum because the seal was bad. Now after two weeks it has started making the noise again. Can it be anything else such as the solenoid or the IWE? I am not very mechanically inclined, but I know enough to get me in trouble. Anyone had this problem and if so how did you fix it? Please help?

Yes IWE solenoids are known for failing in the earlier models. Update it to the one with the shield around it. Other than that, if could be a leak in one of the lines.

Ironically I too just had that same issue with my '08 scab. Ford warranty repaired it. However they only replaced pass. hub and IWE. Two weeks later, that wonderful noise was back. I did some "investagating" and found that when Ford checked that driver side hub, they connected the vac. line retainer clip in the wrong location on the brake line. It must have d/c'd while making a sharp turn. So if u haven't yet, check ALL your vac lines. Good luck!
