Default front end grind?

I changed the seal in my front differential. After a couple miles of driving, when slowing down to about 5 mph to stop, i can hear and feel grinding in the front. It will actually slow the truck down so i know something is grabbing. It also will do it on take off. I did first notice it while turning the wheel left ALL the way in a small turn around. Question.... could it be bad hub bearing, low differential oil, or i screwed something up changing the seal? 103,000 miles 07 xlt screw 4x4.

ADD ON::: I was so tired I forgot.. The transmission temp was 178°. It was 90° out but I've never had it get that high under normal driving.

I put it in 4 hi and low, still does it. I did notice my front drive shaft seems to be loose. not just the little turn play, but side to side. Did I not tighten the nut enough? I marked it and counted how many turns.
