Here's what I used magnaflow 94106 http://www.magnaflow.com/02catalytic...niversal=94106

I replaced mine from the manifolds back.. I had to make all new flanges because the 04 and 05 models come with flanged, 45 degree bend cats.. No CEL and better sound with a bit more power..

Front Cats-image-4241904527.jpg I added my wideband bung as well.. I used non foulers on the rear 02's to space them out of the exhaust stream.. This helps prevent the CEL.. I am custom tuned from PHP currently..

thank you so very much i needed this!!

how bad were they acting up before you had to replace? my truck feels as if it's using only 30% of it's power and the other is just burning fuel and making alot of engine noise backpressure is soooo bad

Mine were in good shape actually.. I had already deleted my rear cats 2 years ago. I decide to cut the stock fronts out and add high flows since I'm supercharging, and I wanted to add my wideband bung in 18" from the collector.. I simply couldn't do that with the factory cats..

Those are the them..
You might want to pick up 4 02 sensor bungs to weld into the pipe.. Just drill a hole in the pipe, and weld the bung over the hole..

I drilled out these spark plug non foulers to screw the rear 02's.. They are readily available at most autoparts stores.

I've seen some AEM weld free bungs. U just drive a hole in ur exhaust and the weld frees are just a hose clamp with the bung on it
