Default Front bumper needs to be fixed!

The front bumper on the drivers side is not leveled with rest of the bumper. When I bought the truck from the original owner, he said that someone ran into him and made the bumper uneven. My question, has anyone taken off their bumper and tried to bend it out to make it leveled and sit right? I have no idea on how to take it off? Im sure this isnt a hard thing to do, prolly just unscrew some bolts. Anyone ever have this problem?

If you crawl under the bumper and look at the bumper brackets, each bracket as two bolts one on each side of the frame rail, I believe they are 17mm bolt heads and nuts.

Mines like that, but not as bad. I intend to tackle the job in the coming weeks.

It is just a matter of removing a handful of bolts. I was hoping the holes in the bumper were oval shaped so you could loosen the bolts and align the bumper, then retighten, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
