Need new front brakes. been searching but not having any luck. Need good pads and rotors for a 2002 f150 2wd supercrew. Anyone have any advice? and/or part #'s, Brands you have had good luck with.

You posted in the04-08 section Jack.. I suggest EBC rotors and Hawk pads for your truck, but there are a lot of great combo’s out there.

 

Wagner ThermoQuiet is a big favorite out there... I use Napa's SafetyStop (Blue Box) Brakes with great success... They're considered mid-grade and is what most jobbers sell their shops for brake jobs. I also like their silver box pad but look for an added cost.

I would recommend the ceramic upgrade though. The rotors handle the pad well and you're not washing off brake dust once a week.

 

I have Stillen Sport Rotors and Hawk LTS pads.


They work great!
