Default Front brake problem

I'm at a point of having no more ideas. For some reason my front left brake is sticking closed. So it is in contact with the rotor and not releasing. But this situation does not happen all the time. It comes and goes.

I pulled the wheel to inspect the brake and rotor and saw nothing out of the ordinary. Pulled the slide pins and they still have factory grease on them. Also drain some fluid from he caliper to see if there was stuff if the fluid. Nothing, the fuild looked clean.

Any suggestion? Do the caliper pistions need to be grease? Didn't think they need to be.

The truck is a 2004 5.4L fx4, 120,354 miles.

Replace the caliper, doesn't cost much and it is prob due if the truck has that for mileage. Plus it forces you to bleed your brakes which you prob need to do as well.
