I have to use 3 bottles on the bigger axles sometimes
2 bottles is usually enough

I’ve been running one and working well, but i in talking with a mechanic (who I think is experienced and good), he mentioned that he always uses two. Said he has better results and less “comebacks”. (And also said no downside other than cost)

more like a bottle and a half, this is along with gear oil with modifier in it.

I ordered another bottle last night from Amazon. I figured a local parts store would stock it but no, it was a special order.

I have never used more than 1 bottle of the Ford stuff and never had issues with my LS.
Done a few Crown Vic's with LS and only used gear oil that has FM in it and had no issues with it either.

As said, wear gloves when you open the bottle, and if you get any on a rag or clothing, just go ahead and throw it away.
When I use it, I will put 1/2 a bottle of gear oil in the diff, then pour the FM into the rest of the bottle, shake it up a bit, then add it.
That way I am not trying to put the FM using the tiny bottle.
