NEPA11

Hello again everyone,

So im planning a project in Spring that was much similar to my old truck. I want to recoat the entire frame with a new coat of paint. (These PA winters are hard on frames) I bought some tractor implement paint and hardener at TPC for the topcoat. I just want some ideas for the basecoat. It's got a mix of Black paint left on the frame and some rusty spots. I don't know if I want to soda blast the whole thing down or just clean up the rusty spots and topcoat it?

On my old truck I sandblasted the whole thing and POR'ed it with black topcoat. It came out nice and held up, but it takes sooooo much time. What would you do and what would you use?
