Fords return e-mail on the 2pc spark plug
I e-mailed ford the other day just to see if they would stand behind thier commitment to quality and repair the problem with the 2pc spark plugs on my 04 F-150. Thier reply was , at this time there are no recalls , warrenties or customer satisfaction programs available. BUT they did suggest I check out all the incentives on ford.com and should buy a new truck ?? L.O.L 
I told them i only have 35K miles on the truck !! And at this rate they too will be another branch of our goverment !! Maybe we can put a spark plug czar in office. We need a few more czar's anyway.

Your "venting" was well received, and has backing on this site, but it too will not get you any satisfaction for the spark plug issue.
