Hello
what kind of sparkplugs are the best for my F150 kingranch 5.4 from 2006 and do i need to change other Parts together with the sparkplugs

I would go Ford plugs, not from Amazon or EBay. You should replace boots and springs too!

Use Motorcraft plugs and always replace the coil boots and the springs

Make sure you’re well versed on plug removal on the 5.4 3v and hope they’re not original.

good advice already. and that is all you really “have” to do when changing plugs. but there are other things that i think make sense to do at same time: TB and MAF cleaning, air filter, and then the TB relearn when all done.

also, if unknown mileage on it, might consider changing pcv valve too.

find “fordtechmakuloco” on youtube if you haven’t yet: huge help for maint how tos.
