i got the same problem its because water is getting into it somehow. either get a new emblem or a new grill. i let it go personally cause nobody noticed it until i pointed it out. one way no fix it is to get an aftermarket grill in which there is no ford emblem

 

mines doing that too.. i want a different emblem but all i can find is roush...
