Had the front wheel liners out as my mechanic was replacing exhaust manifolds. Passenger side foot well was rusted through. hole about 4 inch by 4 inch with carpet backer showing. Will have him weld up a patch from inside and outside of the cab then undercoat. May want to check yours. Pull your carpet back a bit and take a look. It is around the same area as the AC drain.
