I have a 2007 F-150,I was wanting to know if I could adjust my fog lights. One light is focused futher down than the other. If I adjusted the screw would that take care of it.They are no good the way they are.

Yeah just wait till it's dark, turn on your lights and face the truck towards a wall and play with the adjuster screw until it's aimed how you like it.

The adjuster screw is a 4mm. Using a ratchet and socket isn't an option due to the lack of room, but a 4mm wrench works perfect.

Theres no room to use a ratchet/socket on the headlights, but the foglamps there should be plenty of room since they are in the wheel well.
