the fog lights on my 05 screw keep getting moisture inside them and have now burned out my hid's any ideas on what to do

 

They are leaking somewhere. Use the oven method to pull them apart and re-seal them with butyl tape. Also make sure the bulbs are all the way tight to ensure no moisture gets in.

HIDs going out could be from other causes than moisture. Ballasts could be bad, stock wiring, lack of fused relay etc.
