Fog light bulb

what bulb will fit the round fog light housing on my 07 f150... i want to replace with HID's and they dont have the bulb number the sylvania website lists (9140) what bulb size could i use to fit in it?

I replaced my foglights with Sylvania Silverstar 9145, they are 5W more than the 9140's but thats not enough to do any damage, they will be brighter, and they're safe to use
