anyway to boost the fm reception on a 07 f150 that anyone has tried

i get perfect reception on my lincoln and same channels on the f150 do not

Yeah, buy a radio with higher tuner sensitivity.

FWIW, your Lincoln and your F-150 have different radios.

Well, either the new stereo is defective or is a poor performer or there's something wrong with your antenna or its connection to the stereo.
