Has anyone ever had the Flowmaster 70 series on there 5.4 before. And how was the sound. I m looking for something a little louder than stock with a nice low rumble but still quite at highway speeds. Any help or ideas appreciated. ;-)

 

I have a 40, and its a bit of a rumble, but not that loud..

 

Go spintech 9000 series. They sound awesome, too many people go with flowmaster and it hurts performance in my opinion. They have that popping and crackle I hate personally. If you want a deep tone and rumble look them up.

 

take a trip to youtube, lots of exhaust videos there. im sure you will find something you like.

fwiw, i used to have a magnaflow on mine. quiet rumble at idle, sounded great when wot but quiet with no drone while on the freeway
