On my 05 with manual HVAC controls. This is not really a problem it's just annoying. When every turn the truck off or turn the vent selector to the off position. There is a big door directly behind the glove box that flops closed. It's not immediate it's about 5 seconds after the HVAC is turned off. The door will slowly start to close then just flops, and some what loudly. It doesn't matter what the vent position is, or heat or a/c. Everything else is normal.

So, anyone else heard of this? Maybe just the actuator?
