floor shifter light

The light on my floor shifter decided to quit working...anyone have an idea on how to remedy this? Its an 04 lariat

I had this happen when I bought my truck ended up being just a bad fuse in my case...

Open the console lid and pop off the trim panel around the shifter, you should be able to see the light harness from there.

Mine has the same problem; the local dealer had a bulb in stock for $.80.

when you said floor shifter i was thinking like a manual transfer case shifter not a center console shifter lol
