Default Flex Plate Install

I am in the process of replacing a failed flex plate on my 07 F150 with 5.4L. Does anyone know how tight I torque the 8 bolts attaching the flex plate to the engine? Do I use Loctite on these bolts?

thank you.

Someone in here does. I just don't remember who has the manual with all the torque specs. Maybe @F150Torqued ?
