Default Finished my 6" BDS lift

Me and a buddy finally finished installing my lift an hour ago. Through snags from not being able to get one of the 4 lower control arm bolts out (thank you acetylene) to going back to the shop that did the struts so they could rotate the top cap so the bolts would line up okay...I love the way it came out. BDS makes a sweet kit. Not much fabrication necessary ( drill for compression struts and drill for lower cross member). Took 2 days with a bunch of breaks going to home depot and Ace hardware...Finished product. Any questions any has now or in the future im willing to answer. I made this thread to let people know that BDS kits will easily fit 20x9 wheels with a 5.5" BS and 295/65/20 wheels. I could probably use the stock wheels.

Yep..you can get the kicker braces on most kits actually...on RCX its optional and zone doesnt have them but the others do.

BDS kits do come with the compression struts/kicker braces or whatever you call them. I customized my kit from the local shop dealer to include the 6" struts and rear Fox shocks. The only thing I didnt get was the replacement rear springs but I dont need them since I dont tow or haul anything. The ride, even with a messed up alignment, is superior to my 2.5" level. I am amazed at how comfortable and smooth it rides. Also the BDS kits seem to be made exceptionally well. The bracketry is heavy heavy duty. It even comes with a new front steel brakeline which sucked installing but is nice having.
